Barbara and Conrad Blind established Cobara Authentic Foods in 1999 and were one of the first to introduce Dukkah to the New Zealand market.

 

After much experimentation they developed 4 different flavours of Dukkah which have proved to be extremely popular with the New Zealand public and overseas visitors.

Over the years they have expanded their offering to include dressing, avocado oil, almond butter, LSAP and toasted muesli.

 

All their products are made in New Zealand using local and imported ingredients. They have a commercial kitchen licence and are rated A with the Auckland City Council.

You will find Cobara Authentic Foods at the ​Matakana Farmers Market, every Saturday between 8am - 1pm.
