PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of 15% GST. Goods will not be released until receipt of payment.

You may pay for your items by online banking (select the manual payment option) or by using your credit card via Paypal.

For online banking payments our NZ Bank Account number is below and instructions will be given at the appropriate time of placing your order via our website.

SHIPPING

We do not ship outside of New Zealand as food products have stringent regulations through the various customs offices around the world.

We offer $11 flat rate shipping in the North Island of New Zealand, and $15 to the South Island. A $5 Rural delivery charge applies if applicable.

Availability

All orders are supplied subject to product availability.

Delivery

Once payment is received your order will be dispatched as soon as practical and delivered by courier.

Please indicate any delivery instructions, eg where to leave the goods if you are not home (In letterbox, at the back door etc). If a customer is not home to take delivery of the goods, the goods shall be left at the delivery address.

Refunds

Our stock turnover is high and our products should reach you in perfect condition. If you feel it's not up to your expectations please come back to us within 24 hours detailing your concerns. To lengthen the life of the nuts and seeds we recommend they be kept away from heat and light, and you should store them in the pantry in the supplied airtight container.
